Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Welcome to Explore with Sabs. These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which we provide our travel planning and itinerary services.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or purchasing a service from Explore with Sabs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Additional booking terms and information may be provided to you before you make payment and will form part of your agreement with us.
1. About Explore with Sabs
Explore with Sabs provides personalised travel planning and itinerary services.
Depending on the package you choose, our services may include destination research, personalised itineraries, recommendations for accommodation, restaurants, activities and transport, travel guides and booking assistance.
Explore with Sabs is operated by:
[Sabrina Gage]
Trading as Explore with Sabs
[London, England]
Email: [explorewithsabs@hotmail.com]
2. Our Travel Planning Services
The exact services included in your package will be explained on our website and/or confirmed in your personalised quotation.
Our recommendations are created using the information, preferences and budget that you provide to us. Recommendations are personal suggestions and availability cannot be guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.
Travel prices, opening hours, availability, entry requirements and other travel information can change. Although we take reasonable care when preparing your itinerary, customers should check important information before travelling.
3. Premium Booking Assistance
Where your chosen package includes booking assistance, Explore with Sabs may arrange selected activities, restaurant reservations, transfers or other travel services on your behalf.
Before any booking is made, we will provide you with further information regarding the proposed arrangements and the amount payable.
Some services will be provided by independent third-party suppliers such as restaurants, activity providers and transfer companies. Those bookings may also be subject to the supplier's own terms, cancellation conditions and refund policies.
Where applicable, these will be communicated to you as part of the booking process.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections you may have under applicable UK consumer or travel legislation.
4. Prices and Payment
Our travel planning fees will be confirmed before you purchase a service.
Where we are arranging third-party services as part of a Premium package, your quotation or booking summary will explain the amounts payable for our services and any third-party arrangements where applicable.
Payments may be made using the payment method or payment link provided to you, including PayPal.
We will not make chargeable third-party bookings on your behalf until the required payment has been received and the relevant booking arrangements have been agreed.
Prices and availability offered by third-party suppliers can change before a booking is confirmed. If a price changes materially before we are able to complete a booking, we will contact you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights will depend on the service purchased, whether we have started providing our planning service, and the cancellation conditions applying to any third-party bookings.
Full cancellation and refund information applicable to your booking will be provided before payment.
Once a third-party booking has been confirmed, changes, cancellations and refunds may be subject to that supplier's terms and conditions.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel our planning service, that right will be respected. If you expressly ask us to begin work during an applicable cancellation period and later cancel, you may be required to pay for work already completed where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting your itinerary and before any booking is made.
This includes checking that names, travel dates, destinations, passenger numbers and any other booking information you provide are correct.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, it remains your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone travelling with you have appropriate:
-
passports and travel documentation;
-
visas and entry permissions;
-
travel insurance;
-
health documentation or vaccinations where required; and
-
permission to enter and travel within your chosen destination.
You should obtain appropriate travel insurance as soon as reasonably possible after making travel arrangements.
7. Third-Party Providers
Some recommendations and bookings involve businesses that are independent from Explore with Sab’s.
We do not control the day-to-day operation of third-party restaurants, hotels, activity providers, airlines, transport providers or other travel businesses.
Third-party services may be subject to their own availability, operating conditions and terms.
However, nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Explore with Sab’s is legally required to accept in relation to your booking.
8. Changes Outside Our Control
Travel can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport disruption, closures, government restrictions, natural events and changes made by third-party suppliers.
If we become aware of a significant change affecting arrangements we have assisted you with, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and, where included within your service, assist with suitable alternatives.
Any additional costs or refunds will depend on the circumstances of the booking and the applicable supplier terms and legal rights.
9. Travel Recommendations
Our itineraries and travel guides are created specifically for our customers based on information available at the time of planning.
Recommendations are not guarantees that a particular destination, restaurant, activity or experience will be suitable for every traveller.
Customers should use their own judgement when travelling and follow local laws, safety advice and official travel guidance.
10. Intellectual Property
Personalised itineraries, travel guides and other materials created by Explore with Sab’s are provided for the personal use of the customer and their travelling party.
They must not be copied, resold, published, commercially distributed or represented as another person's or business's work without our written permission.
11. Liability
Explore with Sab’s will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
We do not seek to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer or for matters outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in order to respond to enquiries, create personalised travel plans and, where applicable, assist with travel bookings.
Further information about how we collect, use, store and share personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Where necessary to fulfil a requested booking, relevant customer information may need to be provided to third-party travel suppliers.
13. Complaints
We want you to be happy with your Explore with Sab’s experience.
If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us as soon as possible at [explorewitsabs@hotmail.com] so that we have the opportunity to investigate and assist.
14. Booking-Specific Terms
These website Terms provide general information about our services.
Before accepting payment for a personalised travel planning service or Premium booking service, we may provide you with additional information including your quotation, service details, cancellation terms, payment information and relevant third-party booking conditions.
You should read these carefully before making payment.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you based on where you live.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements.
The version displayed on our website at the time you make your booking will apply alongside any additional terms provided to you as part of your booking.

8. International Travel and Overseas Suppliers
As a travel planning business, some of the companies we work with may be located outside the United Kingdom.
For example, if you ask us to arrange an airport transfer, restaurant reservation or activity in another country, we may need to provide relevant information to the supplier in that destination.
This means your personal information may sometimes be transferred or made available outside the UK.
Where UK data protection rules relating to international transfers apply to us, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that personal information is transferred lawfully and receives an appropriate level of protection.
We will only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant travel arrangement.
9. Marketing
We will not add you to a general marketing mailing list simply because you have made an enquiry or purchased a service unless we are permitted to do so under applicable law.
Where we ask for your consent to receive marketing communications, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or contacting us at:
[explorewithsabs@hotmail.com]
You may still receive service-related communications regarding an existing enquiry or booking.
